  • Stellvertretende Filialleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, unbefristet
  • für unseren REPO-Markt in Schönebeck WIR BIETEN:

  • IHR PROFIL:
  • Einzelhandelserfahrung oder Quereinsteiger in einer führenden Position, ideal im Einzelhandel
  • Leidenschaft für den Handel und im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Eigeninitiative und Servicementalität
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern im Markt
  • Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Verantwortliche Warendisposition und -präsentation
  • Umsetzung des Vertriebskonzeptes durch gezielte Waren- und Aktionsplatzierung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der Umsätze, Kosten- und Inventurentwicklung
