Stellvertretende Filialleitung / Verkaufsmanagement (m/w/d)

Bei Polstermöbel Fischer Max Fischer GmbH übernehmen Sie als stellvertretende Filialleitung eine zentrale Rolle in der Unterstützung und Leitung unseres Teams.

Ihr Hauptziel ist es, den Erfolg unserer Filiale zu sichern und das Einkaufserlebnis unserer Kunden auf höchstem Niveau zu gewährleisten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Filialleitung in täglichen operativen Aufgaben
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf und Unterstützung des Teams durch Beratung und Verkauf hochwertiger Polstermöbel
  • Übernahme von operativen und administrativen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft und Teamleitung vor Ort
  • Mitverantwortung für die Ordnung im Innen- und Außenbereich der Filiale
  • Optimierung der Verkaufsprozesse und Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Umsatzzielen
  • Unsere Anforderungen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, vorzugsweise in der Möbelbranche
  • Fähigkeit zur Motivation und Führung eines Teams; betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Engagement, Flexibilität und eine hohe Kundenorientierung
