✅ Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Küchenleitung im Bereich Catering
  • Fachliche & disziplinarische Führung des Küchenteams
  • Planung & Umsetzung abwechslungsreicher und gesunder Speisekarten
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene (HACCP) & Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Einkauf, Lagerhaltung & betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Qualifizierte & kompetente Ausbildung der Küchenazubis

🧩 Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Weiterbildung zum Küchenmeister, Betriebswirt oder vergleichbar wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Führungs- und Organisationserfahrung
  • Hohes Qualitäts- & Kostenbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaft & Kalkulation
  • Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsvermögen & Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und/oder Veranstaltungsdiensten
