Wir suchen Sie als:

# Stellvertretende Küchenleitung in Vollzeit (38h/Woche) im Seniorenzentrum Christophorus in Pritzwalk

Das Seniorenzentrum Christophorus liegt nahe dem Zentrum der Stadt Pritzwalk und ist seit 1996 fester Bestandteil der Gemeinde. Besonders machen uns das vielfältige Freizeitangebot und die jahreszeitlichen Feste.

## Ihre Aufgaben

Die Stelle ist zunächst als Elternzeitvertretung auf 1,5 Jahre befristet – mit sehr guter Perspektive auf eine unbefristete Übernahme.

  • Sie unterstützen die Küchenleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft im Seniorenzentrum in Pritzwalk und übernehmen bei Abwesenheit die stellvertretende Leitung  der Küche.
  • Sie sichern gemeinsam mit dem Team einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf  und eine qualitativ hochwertige Speisenversorgung in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung. 
  • Sie führen,  motivieren und begleiten das Küchenteam im Arbeitsalltag und stärken eine wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit – insbesondere in inklusiven Teams. 
  • Sie wirken aktiv bei Speiseplanung, Warenwirtschaft und der Einhaltung von HACCP-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards  mit.
  • Sie bringen Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung moderner Kochverfahren sowie digital unterstützter Arbeitsprozesse ein.

## Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine  abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder eine vergleichbare gastronomische Qualifikation – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung. 
  • Sie haben Freude an Teamarbeit und erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden  oder in einer stellvertretenden Rolle im Küchenbetrieb.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zuverlässig und qualitätsorientiert – auch in einem dynamischen Küchenalltag.
  • Sie sind offen für moderne Kochverfahren, Prozessoptimierung und digitale Arbeitsweisen. 
  • Sie arbeiten gerne inklusiv im Team und identifizieren sich mit einem wertschätzenden, christlich geprägten Menschenbild sowie dem Anspruch, Genuss und Lebensqualität – insbesondere für Senior\*innen – zu fördern .
