Stellvertretende Leitung (m/w/d) in der Kindertageseinrichtung Sankt Antonius unbefristet und in Vollzeit Die Kindertageseinrichtung Sankt Antonius ist eine von sechs Kindertageseinrichtungen der katholischen Pfarrei Sankt Marien in Frankfurt. Die Kindertagesstätte ist eine 5-gruppige Einrichtung mit 4 Kindergartengruppen und einer Hortgruppe. Unsere pädagogische Arbeit ist geprägt vom christlichen Menschenbild, wir begleiten die Kinder und ihre Familien in ihrem Glauben, Lernen und Miteinander.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Kita-Leitung im pädagogischen und organisatorischen Alltag
  • Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder in ihrer individuellen Entwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson
  • Unterstützung bei Teamführung, Qualitätsentwicklung und Konzeptarbeit
  • Vertretung der Leitung in Abwesenheit

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im Bereich der Kindertagesbetreuung mit Einblick in die Aufgaben der Leitung
  • Sie zeichnet eine hohe Methoden- und Fachkompetenz aus
  • Sie sind emphatisch, aber gleichzeitig auch konsequent und durchsetzungsstark
  • Wir erwarten die Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen und Zielen der katholischen Kirche
