  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit – und die Fähigkeit, sie zu vergessen, wenn Neues besser ist
  • Formal erfüllst du, was nötig ist: pädagogisches Studium (Medizin- oder Pflegepädagogik) sowie Berufsausbildung als Operationstechnischer Assistent (OTA) oder Pflegeausbildung, OP-Erfahrung – aber uns interessiert mehr, was du draus machst

  • Du führst mit Haltung, entwickelst mit Weitsicht und denkst Bildung radikal weiter
  • Du planst, organisierst, verantwortest – und bist trotzdem jederzeit ansprechbar
  • Du verbindest pädagogische Vision mit operativem Klartext
