Für unseren Bereich Stationsassistenz suchen wir zum 01.05.2026 eine stellvertretende Leitung / Teamleitung (w/m/d) in Teilzeit.

### Was Sie erwartet:

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Abläufe der Stationsassistenz
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Stationen
  • Unterstützung bei der organisatorischen und fachlichen Führung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Bestellung des Stationsbedarfs
  • Mitverantwortung für die Personaleinsatzplanung und Dienstplangestaltung

### Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit ersten Leitungsaufgaben
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Die Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst inkl. Wochenenden ist gegeben
