## Stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d)

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grundpflege
  • Behandlungspflegerische Tätigkeiten
  • Dienst- und Tourenplanung
  • Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Führung und Entwicklung der Pflegeprozesse
  • Aufsicht, Anleitung und fachliche Beratung der Mitarbeiter

### Dein Profil:

  • Berufsabschluss als Pflegefachkraft
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildungen
  • sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und Organisation
