  • Dein Job:
  • Als Stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung bildest Du das Bindeglied zwischen der Leitungs- und Verwaltungsebene und unserem Team.
  • Du unterstützt und vertrittst die Pflegedienstleitung im Tagesgeschäft und koordinierst die laufenden Personaleinsätze.
  • Neben der pflegerischen Versorgung und Beratung unserer Kunden bist Du zuständig für Verwaltungsaufgaben und die Umsetzung der qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen.
  • Wenn Dir Engagement, Teamgeist und Humor wichtig sind, freuen wir uns sehr Dich kennen zu lernen!

Dein Profil:

  • Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung (gerne im ambulanten Dienst)
  • PKW-Führerschein
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit dem PC
  • Du hast eine gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Ein lockeres und professionelles Arbeitsumfeld ist Dir wichtig
