Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Steuerung unseres Pflegedienstes
Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflegequalität
Dienst- und Einsatzplanung in enger Abstimmung mit der PDL
Führung, Anleitung und Begleitung unseres tollen Pflege-Teams
Ansprechpartner: in für Mitarbeitende, Klientinnen und Angehörigen- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Standards
💜 Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / -mann (m/w/d)
Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft nach § 71 SGB XI
Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und soziale Kompetenz
