Im Auftrag einer stationären Senioreneinrichtung bei Gräfelfing suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d).

Die Position bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, ein Team aktiv mitzugestalten und Ihre Kompetenzen in der Pflegeführung weiter auszubauen - unabhängig davon, ob Sie bereits Leitungserfahrung mitbringen oder den nächsten Karriereschritt anstreben.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung bei Organisation und Steuerung des Pflegebereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei Dienstplanung, Personaleinsatzsteuerung und Teamführung
  • Förderung und Entwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und externen Partnern

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Führungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie
