Im Auftrag einer Senioreneinrichtung bei Köln suchen wir, medcareer - Ihre Personalberatung im Medical & Healthcare Sektor, eine stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Ihre Aufgaben als stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d):

  • Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung bei der Organisation des Pflegebereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei Dienstplanung, Personaleinsatz und Teamführung
  • Förderung und fachliche Entwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Ansprechpartner für Angehörige, Ärzte und externe Kooperationspartner

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder Interesse an der Qualifizierung
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Organisationsgeschick, Führungskompetenz und Teamgeist
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke
