Der Pflegedienst Lichtblick in Frechen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine stellv. PDL (staatlich anerkannte/r Altenpfleger/in oder Krankenschwester/-pfleger, Kinderkrankenschwester/-pfleger mit PDL-Zulassung) (gerne auch Praxisanleiter)

Unser Leitbild ist: Hier ist die Betreuung zu Hause.

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung individueller Grundpflege gemäß der geltenden Expertenstandards
  • Fachgerechte Durchführung der Behandlungspflege nach SGBV gemäß ärztlicher Anordnung (z.B. Injektionen, Wundversorgung, Medikamentenversorgung...)
  • EDV gestützte Dokumentation (Medifox)
  • Aktivierung unserer Klienten
  • Durchführung prophylaktischer Maßnahmen
  • Einleiten von Sofortmaßnahmen und Benachrichtigung des Arztes im Notfall
  • Unterstützung der PDL (ca. 80% Tourenpflege und 20 % Büro)

Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation als Pflegefachkraft (staatlich anerkannte/r Altenpfleger/in oder Krankenschwester/-pfleger, Kinderkrankenschwester/-pfleger)
  • gerne auch Praxisanleiter/-in
