Entfalte deine Stärken in der Funktion als stellvertretendePflegedienstleitung bei unserem Team vom Pflegedienst Hauskrankenpflege Bauer in 80469 München , ein ambulanter Fachpflegedienst für Alten- und Krankenpflege und Teil der DEUTSCHEN FACHPFLEGE .

Dein vielfältiger Aufgabenbereich:

  • Sicherstellung der hohen Pflegequalität und Umsetzung der MD-Prüfungsrichtlinien
  • Personalführung, -planung und –entwicklung
  • Dienstplangestaltung
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner/-in für Klient/-innen und Angehörige
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • 3-jähriges Pflegeexamen
  • Die Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung im Rahmen des 460-stündigen Kurses ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung eines ambulanten Pflegedienstes
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Erste Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
