Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der hohen Qualität der Bewohnerversorgung
  • aktive Förderung des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Personalführung, -planung und -entwicklung
  • Dienstplangestaltung
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Konzepten zur Einarbeitung, Fachbegleitung, Fortbildung, Pflegeprozesssteuerung und Pflegecontrolling
  • Koordinierung der Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und sonstigen Partnern
  • Durchführung von Pflegevisiten, Fallkonferenzen, Förderkonzepten, Pflege- und Therapieplanung

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum examinierten Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflege oder Anerkennung zur Pflegedienstleitung nach §71 SGB XI wünschenswert
  • Führungs- und Leitungserfahrung
  • Durchsetzungs- und Organisationsvermögen
  • Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Engagement und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, Branchensoftware Pflegedokumentation und Dienstplanung)
