Für unseren Standort in Zehlendorf suchen wir im ambulanten Bereich eine stellv. Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d).

Deine Tätigkeiten:

  • Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation der ganzheitlichen Pflegeprozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Entwicklung, Einführung von Konzepten, Standards und Methoden der Pflege
  • Förderung der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Gesundheitsdienstleistern
  • Führung der P­flegedokumentation (EDV gestützt)
  • Dienstplangestaltung
  • Umsetzung des Ausbildungskonzeptes
  • Anleitung der Auszubildenden

Dein Profil:

  • Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
  • Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Belastbarkeit und Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Entscheidungs- und Handlungsfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung
