Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer hochwertigen Versorgungsqualität unserer Gäste
  • Beratung und Begleitung unserer Gäste sowie Interessenten und deren Angehörigen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Dienstplanung
  • Beteiligung bei der Sicherstellung von Pflegeprozessen und bei der Überprüfung von Abläufen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und Betreuung der Gäste in der Tagespflege
  • Umsetzung des bestehenden Pflege- und Betreuungskonzeptes
  • Einbringen und Umsetzung neuer Ideen für die Betreuung
  • Eigenverantwortliches Führen der Pflegedokumentation
  • Engagierte und kreative Mitarbeit im Team
  • Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung bei Abwesenheit

Anforderungen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit
  • mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung und Steuerung von Pflegeprozessen
  • Die Fähigkeit zur Vernetzung, Koordination, Kooperation und Handlung
  • Motivation und Eigeninitiative bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Tagespflege
