Stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) für den ambulanten Dienst

### Wir überzeugen Dich mit:

  • von 4179,22€ bis 4909,76€ / Monat bei 39hje nach Vorerfahrung, zzgl. Zuschläge
  • Regelmäßige Steigerung des Bruttogehalts
  • Jahressonderzahlung
  • 30 Tage Urlaub + 24.12. und 31.12.

### Du verstärkst uns u. a. bei:

  • Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung bei Abwesenheit
  • Führung der Einrichtung zusammen mit der Pflegedienstleitung
  • b. B. Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Evaluation der Pflegedokumentation
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Anleiten von Pflegekräften
