  • Stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (PDL) (m/w/d)
  • in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Dienstplanung und Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Unterstützung der PDL in der Organisation und Leitung des Pflegedienstes
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft sowie Weiterbildung zur PDL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon 9 Monate in der ambulanten Pflege
  • Führungskompetenz und Organisationstalent
  • Führerschein Klasse B
