Der Kapuzinerhof, ein geschätztes Hotel mit mehrfach ausgezeichnetem Restaurant und Treffpunkt für Feinschmecker, sucht zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams eine/n stellvertretende/n Küchenchef/-chefin (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

### Was als Aufgaben anfallen würde

  • Zubereitung der Seminaressen
  • Zubereitung der à la carte Speisen
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenwirtschaft
  • Unterstützung bei den Vorbereitungen für neue Speisekarten
  • Bestellungen bei unseren Lieferanten
