## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Stationsleitung im pflegerischen und organisatorischen Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen, patientenorientierten Versorgung
  • Mitwirkung bei Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung
  • Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Optimierung von Abläufen und Strukturen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachbereichen

## Ihr Profil

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise erste Leitungserfahrung oder Interesse an Führungsaufgaben
  • Organisationsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Nachweis über Masern-Immunisierung
