Stellvertretende Technische Leitung m/w/d zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Sie möchten technische Abläufe aktiv mitgestalten und Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres engagierten Teams und unterstützen Sie uns als stellvertretende technische Leitung (m/w/d) im Bereich Haustechnik und Gebäudemanagement.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Systematische Bearbeitung komplexer technischer Problemstellungen und Dokumentation im EDV-gestützten System
  • Unterstützung der technischen Leitung und Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • Fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Mitverantwortung
  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur technischer Anlagen
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Mitwirkung bei Gebäudemanagement und Qualitätssicherung
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung technischer Aufgaben und Problemlösungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Elektriker (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung und/oder Interesse an technischen Führungsaufgaben
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und soziale Kompetenz
  • Qualifikation als Brandschutzbeauftragter
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Christliche Grundhaltung und Loyalität
