  • Unser Kunde betreibt südlich von Ottendorf-Okrilla, Sachsen eine moderne Seniorenresidenz.
  • Im Rahmen der direkten Vermittlung suchen wir in Auftrag des Trägers zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) für die Tätigkeit der stellvertretenden Wohnbereichsleitung in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
  • Das Angebot:
  • Der Träger bietet eine attraktive Vergütung nach Tarif regionales Entgelt (4.250,-€ Monatsgehalt bei Vollzeit zuzüglich Zulagen), Funktionszulage 150,-€ monatlich, 25% Urlaubs- und 50% Weihnachtsgeld, 29 Urlaubstage/ Jahr, eine strukturierte Einarbeitung, Weiterbildungsangebote und die Freistellung vom Pflegedienst für Leitungsaufgaben.
  • Sie bieten:
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in und über Berufserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie vertreten die Wohnbereichsleitung bei Abwesenheit, stellvertretende Personalleitungsaufgaben und Dienstplangestaltung auf "Ihrem" Wohnbereich, Durchführen von Pflegen, Ansprechpartner für Bewohner und deren Angehörige und Dokumentationsaufgaben.
