Als stellvertretender Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) in unserem stark wachsenden Produktionsbetrieb für Verbrennbare Formteile werden Sie mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:

  • Stellvertretende Leitung und Steuerung des Produktionsbetriebs sowie Mitwirkung bei der Personalplanung und -auswahl
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Produktqualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Jahresbudgetplanung
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Produktionsprozesse sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
  • Analyse und Optimierung betrieblicher Abläufe sowie Weiterentwicklung des KPI-Reportings
  • Planung und Sicherstellung der Ressourcenverfügbarkeit sowie Abstimmung mit der Produktionsplanung und Technik
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Sicherheitsdokumentationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Fertigungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management, 5S und Six Sigma
  • Weiterbildungen in Arbeitssicherheit und Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gute SAP-R/3-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägter Gestaltungswille, Empathie, Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Strategische, kostenbewusste und praxisorientierte Denkweise
