  • Du bist die rechte Hand des Betriebsleiters und unterstützt bei der Führung des Restaurants
  • Du planst gemeinsam Personal, Budget und Wareneinsatz und behältst die Kennzahlen im Blick
  • Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst Dein Team zu Bestleistungen
  • Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und stellst unsere hohen dean&david Qualitätsstandards sicher
  • Du packst im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit an und übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Schicht

💪 Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der (System-)Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder einer vergleichbaren Branche
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität
  • Motivation, gemeinsam mit Deinem Team erfolgreich zu sein
  • Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch mindestens C1
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
