DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Unterstützung und Vertretung der Filialleitung bei der Führung, Ausbildung, Schulung und Motivieren des Filial-Teams
  • Planung und Analyse von Filialkennzahlen in Abstimmung mit der Filialleitung
  • Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung und Koordination von Inventurmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit durch regelmäßiges Bestandsmanagement
  • Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Steuerung der Warenpräsentation und Warenverräumung

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Verkäufer/Verkäuferin oder Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d)
  • Mindestens sechs Monate Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition, z. B. als Assistant Store Manager:in oder stellvertretende/r Marktleiter:in/Niederlassungsleiter:in
  • Teamplayer, Zuverlässigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft im operativen Filialgeschäft, Flexibilität sowie Organisationstalent
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Quereinsteiger:innen z. B. Gastronomie oder Hotellerie sind willkommen
