Als stellvertretender Filialleiter (m/w/d) in Hannover arbeitest du mit viel Leidenschaft aktiv auf der Fläche mit, begeisterst unsere Kunden durch einen erstklassigen Service und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unseres Vermietgeschäfts. Du unterstützt deinen Filialleiter und bist für die Erreichung der zuvor gesteckten Ziele mitverantwortlich. Du arbeitest strukturiert und vorausschauend, kannst dich aber ebenso flexibel auf neue Situationen einstellen. Administrative Aufgaben wie z.B. das Schreiben von Mietverträgen, Materialbestellungen und Reklamationsbearbeitung bewältigst du auch mit viel Geschick.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert und bereits erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition gesammelt
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Ordnung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Hands-On Mentalität sind für dich selbstredend
  • Du verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B
