  • Zur Verstärkung suchen wir am Standort Essen einen Stellvertretender Filialleiter (m/w/d) Lebensmittelgroßhandel

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung und Vertretung der Filialleitung im Tagesgeschäft,
  • Mitverantwortung für Umsatz, Warenverfügbarkeit und Warenpräsentation
  • Mitarbeit bei Personaleinsatzplanung, Einarbeitung und Führung des Teams Sicherstellung von Frische-, Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Markt (Kasse, Verräumung, MHD-Kontrolle)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ideal im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Berufserfahrung im Handel, gern Discount / Lebensmittel, wünschenswert erste Führungserfahrung (z. B. als Teamleiter)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenorientierung
