Willkommen bei Bodynova!

Wir sind ein Versandhandel für Yoga, Meditation, Wellness und Massage und vertreiben unsere Artikel in Deutschland, sowie im europäischen und nichteuropäischen Ausland.

An unserem Standort in Kerpen erweitern wir unser bereits bestehendes 4000 m2 großes Logistikzentrum um eine weitere Halle nach neuesten Energiestandards.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Lagerleiters suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten stellvertretenden Lagerleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Lagerleiters bei der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von 10-15 Mitarbeitern sowie Vertretung des Lagerleiters in Abwesenheitszeiten
  • Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften (UVV) sowie der Einhaltung der Sauberkeit im Lager
  • Laufende Bestandskontrollen und Pflege der Artikelbestände
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Prozesse (Wareneingänge- und -ausgänge, Kommissionierung)
  • Einsatzplanung der geringfügig beschäftigten Mitarbeiter
  • Kommissionieren & Verpacken
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und / oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lager
  • Führungsfähigkeiten, idealerweise Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik
  • Strukturierte eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit
  • Engagement und Flexibilität
