Als stellvertretende Marktleiter:in bei OBI hast du eine absolute Schlüsselposition inne. Du bist das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen Marktmannschaft und Management. Damit deine Kund:innen immer die gewünschten Produkte finden, optimierst du fortlaufend alle Prozesse rund um das Thema Warenfluss in deinem OBI Markt.

STELLVERTRETENDER MARKTLEITER / FILIALLEITER (ALLE GESCHLECHTER) GROSSRAUM STUTTGART

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • In Abwesenheit der Marktleitung fungierst du als erste Anlaufstelle für Kund:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Koordination der Steuerung und Einhaltung von Prozessen und Standards
  • Umsetzung attraktiver Merchandisingkonzepte sowie Verantwortung für ansprechende Warenpräsentation
  • Positives Auftreten, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im Groß- und Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Baumarkt oder einer ähnlichen Branche
  • Der Handel liegt dir im Blut und die Analyse von marktrelevanten Kennzahlen bereitet dir Freude
  • Du bist motiviert und behältst den Warenfluss sowie alle weiteren Prozesse jederzeit im Blick
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, verkäuferisches Talent und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen
