Wir betreiben an der Südlichen Weinstraße drei Lebensmittel Supermärkte.

Auf Flächen zwischen 1.300 m² und 2.000 m² bieten wir unseren Kunden Einkaufserlebnisse mit viel frischen und regionalen Produkten.

Für unseren Markt in Herxheim suchen wir einen stellvertretenden Marktleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (38,5 h/Woche)

## IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Unterstützung der Marktleitung und Organisation der Filiale
  • Vertretung der Marktleitung bei Abwesenheit
  • Optimieren und Gestalten der Warenpräsentation auf der Fläche und in Aktionen zur Umsatzsteigerung
  • Wareneinkauf und Warenverfügbarkeit sicherstellen
  • Arbeiten gemäß der Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Kontrollieren und Kommunizieren mit allen Abteilungen des Marktes
  • Anweisen der Tätigkeiten der Mitarbeitenden im Markt
  • Anlernen neuer Mitarbeiter:Innen
  • Schließdienst und Kassenabschluss
