  • Wir suchen im Rahmen der direkten Vermittlung in Auftrag des Trägers zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen stellvertretenden Pflegedienstleiter (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
  • Das Angebot:
  • Der Träger bietet eine attraktive Vergütung nach Tarif regionales Entgelt, Zulagen, Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld, 29 Urlaubstage/ Jahr, Freistellung vom Pflegedienst nach Absprache, Weiterbildungsangebote und eine strukturierte Einarbeitung.
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, idealerweise über die abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleiter/in und über Berufserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege.
  • Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
  • Durchführen von Pflege- und Dokumentationsvisiten, Durchführen von Teamgesprächen, Mitarbeit in Projekten, Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität, Mitarbeit in der Personaleinsatzplanung, Unterstützung der Wohnbereichsleitungen und bei Bedarf Mitarbeit in der Behandlungspflege auf den Wohnbereichen.
