### Dies (er-)schaffen Sie bei uns:

  • Du begleitest aktiv den Produktionsbetrieb und unterstützt in der Anlage.
  • Kleinere Wartungsarbeiten führst Du an den Dir anvertrauten Maschinen selbst durch.
  • Die Pflege und Wartung der Baumaschinen sowie der Anlage gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Tätigkeiten.
  • Du siehst dich zukünftig in der Führung des Personals der Anlage? Super, wir wollen dich auf dem Weg dorthin begleiten und unterstützen.

### Hiermit werden Sie uns begeistern:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schlosser, Elektriker oder in einem anderen technischen Beruf und möchtest deine Skills bei uns in der Anlage einbringen.
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wir freuen uns auch über Bewerbungen ohne Vorerfahrung.
  • Du bist körperlich belastbar, arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst und gerne im Team.
  • Du bist flexibel und kannst auch mal am Wochenende oder etwas länger arbeiten – natürlich mit Ausgleich? Dann passt du perfekt zu uns.
