  • Unterstützung des Schichtleiters bei der Überwachung der Produktionsziele und der Qualitätsstandards
  • Stellvertretende Leitung und Organisation der Produktion in der Schicht
  • Führen und Motivation des Schichtteams
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer / Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder vergleichbares
  • Führungskompetenz: Fähigkeit, ein Team zu leiten, zu motivieren und Konflikte zu lösen
  • Technisches Wissen: Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, Maschinen und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Organisationsfähigkeit: Planung von Schichtabläufen, Personaleinsatz und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Klare und effektive Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzten
  • Bereitschaft zur 4-Schichtarbeit und Wochenendarbeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
