Für unsere Produktion suchen wir Sie als Schichtleiter (m/w/d) für folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Führung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) inkl. Schulungen sowie Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation
  • Erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Mitarbeitende der eigenen Schicht
  • Aus-, und Weiterbildung von bestehendem Personal sowie das Anlernen von neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung des Arbeitsbereiches, falls erforderlich Umsetzung entsprechender Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der geforderten Produktionsausbringung "in-Time" & "in-Quality" unter Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Aktiver Austausch mit den angrenzenden Schnittstellen AV/PPS, Qualität, Lager & Logistik zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Warenflusses
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
