Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen stellvertretenden Teamleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Siebdruck zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Bremen in Vollzeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung des Teamleiters in der Führung und Entwicklung des Siebdrucksteams
  • Überwachung des gesamten Siebdruckprozesses von der Vorbereitung bis zum fertigen Produkt
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Produktionszielen
  • Analyse von Produktionsdaten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Wartung und Pflege der Druckmaschinen, um deren reibungslose Funktion sicherzustellen inkl. Kooperation mit Servicedienstleistern
  • Einrichtung der Druckmaschinen und Überwachung der Druckprozesse
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Medientechnologen Druck (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Siebdruck oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Siebdruck und idealerweise in der Leitung eines Teams
  • Teamgeist sowie eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und eine exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sie erwartet:
