Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Raum Magdeburg eine/n Sterilgutbeauftragte/n (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten
  • Fachliche Anleitung, Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Überwachung und Dokumentation aller Prozesse der Sterilgutaufbereitung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hygienefachpersonal und Medizintechnik
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r, Operationstechnische/r Assistent/in, Pflegefachkraft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Normen zur Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten
  • Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Fortbildung
