wir sind eine Personalberatung und suchen für unsere Mandantin, einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs-/Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mit langjährigem Know-how, ca. 25 Mitarbeitern den/die Steuerberater/In und/oder Wirtschaftsprüfer/In mit der Perspektive Mitgesellschafter/in Nachfolgeregelung (kann, muss nicht) mit Freiraum für eigene Ideen und Vorschläge zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Der/die neue Stelleninhaber/In bestimmt anhand der Ausbildung/Erfahrung die Ausgestaltung seine/Ihrer Stellenbeschreibung mit.

  • Aufgaben:
  • \* Entlastung der Partner und sukzessive Mandantenübernahme mit eigenverantwortlicher
  • Betreuung
  • \* Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen für Kapital- und
  • Personengesellschaften sowie Einzelunternehmen
  • \* Steuerliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung
  • \* Kommunikation mit den Finanzbehörden
  • \* Ansprechpartner und Coach für Mitarbeiter und Mandanten
  • \* Entwicklung und Implementierung steueroptimierter Lösungen für
  • Mandanten.
  • Anforderungen:
  • \* Abgeschlossene Studium mit Qualifikation als Steuerberater oder Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • \* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bilanz- und Steuerrecht
  • \* Erfahrung im Bereich von Jahresabschlussprüfungen
  • \* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • \* Gute Datev- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
