Zur Verstärkung unserer Verwaltung am Standort Ellrich suchen wir eine Steuerfachangestellte oder einen Steuerfachangestellten (bzw. eine vergleichbar qualifizierte Person) für die Finanzbuchhaltung. Die Stelle ist wahlweise in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bankbuchungen)
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Steuerberatung, Banken und Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei buchhalterischen Sonderfragen und Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Finanzbuchhalter/in oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Genossenschaften und/oder Stiftungen ist von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
