Ich suche ab sofort zur Unterstützung für mein Team eine Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Sie betreuen und beraten zusammen mit mir meine Mandanten in steuerrechtlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten. Zudem übernehmen sie organisatorische und kaufmännische Aufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterlagen der Mandanten überprüfen, Kassenbuch, Rechnungen, Bankbelege
  • Geschäftsvorfälle der Mandanten zu einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung verarbeiten
  • bereits woanders erstellte Buchführungen rechnerisch und sachlich kontrollieren Jahresabschlüsse vorbereiten
  • Lohnabrechnungen (nicht zwingend)

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernfähigkeit
  • Kundenorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit
