Wir sind eine familiär geführte Steuerberatungskanzlei mit 16 Mitarbeitenden in Essen und auf dem Weg in eine zunehmend digitale Arbeitswelt.

Unsere Mandanten sind kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen, Selbständige, Freiberufler und Privatpersonen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine*n Steuerfachangestellte*n (m/w/d), der oder die sich langfristig in unser Team einbringen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Schwerpunkt)
  • Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen
  • Direkter Mandantenkontakt
  • Fristenüberwachung und organisatorische Aufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Lohnbereich
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Mandantenkontakt
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
