Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Mitarbeiter/in in Vollzeit für unsere Kanzlei in Wesel.

Haupttätigkeit der Stelle ist die eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (inklusive Baulohn) per DATEV sowie die Finanzbuchhaltung.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:

  • Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere Mandanten
  • Bearbeitung von Schicht-, Wochen- und Monatslohnabrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung der baulohnrelevanten Abrechnungen (z. B. für Bauhandwerker)
  • Führen der dazugehörigen Lohnkonten und Abgaben
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Meldungen und Auswertungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalabrechnung und/oder Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in DATEV und in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Sichere Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuerrecht
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Donnerstag von 8.00 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr, freitags bis 14.00 Uhr.
