Sie sind:

  • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten gewohnt
  • Auf der Suche nach neuen Herausforderungen
  • Derzeit in einer Steuerberatungs- oder Rechtsanwaltskanzlei für die EDV verantwortlich
  • Mit der Installation und Betreuung der DATEV Software vertraut
  • Sicher im Umgang mit den aktuellen Serverbetriebssystemen
  • Bereits in der technischen Kundenbetreuung tätig gewesen

  • Zielstrebigkeit und analytisches Denken
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Weiterqualifikationen
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Präsentation, Einführung, Installation und Administration von:
  • DATEV DMS Systemen
  • Unternehmen Online (Kanzlei und Mandant)
  • DATEV Mittelstand pro (Rechnungswesen und Lohn)
  • DATEV Mittelstand pro (Rechnungswesen und Lohn)
  • sowie Unterstützung unserer Outsourcing Kunden im Bereich Finanzbuchführung und Lohnbuchhaltung.
  • Durchführungen von Vorträgen / Schulungen zu folgenden Themen:
  • Unternehmen Online
  • Ersetzendes Scannen
  • GoBD
  • DATEV Mittelstand pro
  • Betriebliches Rechnungswesen
  • Dokumentenmanagement
  • Microsoft Office
