  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung laufender Finanzbuchhaltungen einschließlich Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung laufender Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Laufende Kommunikation mit Mandanten sowie Unterstützung bei buchhalterischen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Finanzämtern und Behörden einschließlich Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen sowie Vorbereitung von Einsprüchen und steuerlichen Anträgen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Kanzlei- und Mandantenprozessen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mandanten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an digitalen Arbeitsweisen in einer modernen Kanzlei
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Programmen
  • Erfahrung mit DATEV LODAS und DATEV Unternehmen Online ist Voraussetzung
