Ihre Aufgaben :

Je nach Ihren persönlichen Schwerpunkten und Erfahrungen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Selbstständige Erstellung der Finanzbuchhaltung für einen festen Mandantenkreis
  • Bearbeitung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Gewinnermittlungen (EÜR)
  • Erstellung betrieblicher und privater Steuererklärungen
  • Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Mandanten in steuerrechtlichen Fragen
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Vorbereitung von Mandantenterminen

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Steuerfachwirt/in)
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei oder im Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit relevanter Buchhaltungssoftware (z.B. DATEV, Agenda) und MS Office
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und HGB
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team und am direkten Mandantenkontakt
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich.
