Gemeinsam mit unseren Steuerberatern entwickeln Sie unsere internen Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung✓ Prüfung und Abstimmung von Finanzbuchhaltungen.✓ Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen.✓ Qualitätssicherung.✓ Entwicklung fachlicher Standards.✓ Unterstützung und Schulung des Buchhaltungsteams.✓ Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender.✓ Betreuung unserer Werkstudenten.✓ Abstimmung mit den Steuerberatern.✓ Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Kanzleiprozesse.
  • Fachliche Anforderungen✓ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt.✓ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.✓ Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse.✓ Strukturierte Arbeitsweise.✓ Interesse an Prozessentwicklung.
