Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unser Team Buchhaltung am Standort Südlohn Verstärkung als:

Steuerfachangestellter / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuerlicher und handelsrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Analysen für Management und Geschäftsleitung
  • Mitarbeiter bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Fachbereiche sowie externe Partner, Steuerberater und Behörden

Ihre Erfahrung

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten /Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und modernen Arbeitsweisen
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
