Die W & S Technik GmbH ist spezialisiert auf dem Gebiet der Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (LST) und damit bundesweit im Einsatz. Wir sind technischer Dienstleister im Bereich der Weichen- und Signaltechnik in der Industrie- und Eisenbahninfrastruktur.

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine*n

Steuerfachangestellten / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

  • selbständiges Verbuchen aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Kreditoren. Debitoren, Banken und Sachkonten
  • Durchführung und Verbuchung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Verbuchungen der Kasse
  • Abstimmung / Vorbereitungstätigkeiten für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Überwachung von Steuerfristen und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Finanzbehörden
  • Überwachung offener Posten (Debitoren und Kreditoren)
  • Durchführung von Mahnläufen
  • Verwaltung von Zahlungseingängen und -ausgängen
