### Ihre Aufgaben:

● Erfassung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle, Bearbeitung und Erstellung der Finanz-/Lohn-/Anlagenbuchhaltung

● Erstellung und Überwachung von Zahlungs-, Rechnungs- und Mahnwesen

● Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses

● Erstellung der Kostenstellenauswertung

● Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für die Geschäftsführung

● Erledigung aller anfallenden Korrespondenz

● Kontaktpflege zu Steuerberatern, Finanzämtern, Banken, Sozialversicherungsträgern und sonstigen Behörden

### Ihr Profil:

● Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter oder Lohn-/Finanzbuchhalter

● Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen

● Fundierte Kenntnisse in DATEV und MS Office

● Selbständige, sorgfältige und eigenmotivierte Arbeitsweise

● Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit auch in stressigen Situationen

● Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
