Wir suchen dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Festanstellung (Teilzeit) als: Steuerfachangestellter/Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Teilgebieten der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Mahnungen generieren – Ausgangszahlungen/Lastschriften generieren
  • Organisation fehl. Belege und Avise (amazon Seller, Stripe, PayPal, Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprozessen
  • Büromanagement (Reisen buchen, Reisekosten, Zeiterfassung)

Du verfügst über folgendes Profil :

  • Gute Kenntnisse der Buchhaltung
  • Gute Grundkenntnisse in Zahlungswesen
  • Gute Grundkenntnisse im Mahnwesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und Bilanzierung nach HGB
  • Sicheres Arbeiten mit DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbaren Programmen
  • Eigenständige, verantwortungsvolle und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
